- Use your deep knowledge of Recruitment to build a universe of happy and engaged candidates and clients.
- Energetic and Magnetic desire to be your industry SME both in-person and online.
- Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process.
- Identify and actively develop potential new clients.
- Work with existing clients, assist in filling their open roles as well as further developing the accounts.
- Act as a Workforce mentor, leader and brand ambassador internally, externally, and online.
We offer up to 80% of the total fee for permanent placements. Our transparent and industry leading payout percentage is based on your monthly volume.
- We do not micromanage. If you are entrepreneurial, then you know what it takes to earn a solid income. You will have the freedom to work your own schedule, while having the support in-house industry recruiting veterans.
